 Without you my son would not be free<o:p></o:p>
 To live life the way it is supposed to be<o:p></o:p>

 Suffering and pain would be the norm<o:p></o:p>
 Like the heat that comes with a desert storm<o:p></o:p>

 Darkness would enter, fear would win<o:p></o:p>
 The desires of a madman to feed his whim<o:p></o:p>
 <o:p> </o:p>
 I f never you stood at the gates of hell<o:p></o:p>
 To watch and protect our people well<o:p></o:p>

 A nation sick over death and destruction<o:p></o:p>
 Might lead to our fall because we can’t function<o:p></o:p>

 But there you stand, a force of one<o:p></o:p>
 That looks into the barrel of the gun<o:p></o:p>

 And makes it known you will not back down<o:p></o:p>
 Your heads held high, you stand your ground<o:p></o:p>
