Info regarding use of my artwork

I've received a lot of requests from people from various online Paint Shop Pro groups requesting the use of my artwork to make tags, tubes, avatars, backgrounds, etc. So here are the terms for anyone who wants to use my art.

Anyone wishing to use my art for non-monetary purposes only may use it as long as you follow some simple guidelines:

1. If you crop the image, credit me as the original artist you can just put "original image by Ivan Flores". The text can appear on the image itself, but doesn't have to. I know it's not possible to fit all that text into avatars, but please credit me if people ask you where you got the image or at least have my name in your signature really small.
2. DO NOT adjust the aspect ratio (in other words you can only resize the drawing as a whole-- do not adjust only the length or only the width).
3. You may crop the drawing.
4. You may "tube" the drawing (remove the background).

Basically you can use my art as long as you don't distort the image or make money off of it. :)

TERMS OF USE
I reserve the right to change or modify my TOU at any time

YOU MAY:

Use my images in tag designs and wallpaper. (wallpaper for personal use
only, no websets, stationary, etc.

Enhance them with sparkles, glitter, etc.

Resize and/or animate them

Colorize only as follows: grey scale, sepia

Please keep the original file names in tact.

YOU MAY NOT:

Distort the image in any way

Claim them as your own

Place or Share them without my permission
On your site, or online file sharing sites for download
in MSN groups, yahoo groups, by email, etc.

Add my tubes to any Immoral act that is prohibited by law

TUTORIAL WRITERS:
You may use my creations in your tutorials but must get my permission first.

There are no restrictions..You can leave off the copyright if you want to use it with something else..

They can be shared, or printed, or anything..Just be kind to them, and have fun!
