Google FIN-ArtDesigns MSN Group - 3rd link You have my permission to use my posers in designing web pages, stationary, signature tags etc. You may also enhance them with sparkles, glitter, accents etc. Please do not change clothing or anything..you may put something in front of the offending parts. Do not claim these as your own, place them on your site for download without my permission, add them to any collection, offer them for sale or make a profit from them on the internet or in the real world. Please do not add my tubes to any site that has a paid membership and always keep the original file names intact.

| TERMS OF USE Our terms of use are very simple....Please abide by them!!
You are allowed to use these graphics for non-commercial or commercial projects and you can freely distribute or sell anything that you create, for example: Sig tags, web design, tags, stationary, scrap booking, etc. You may alter the images in anyway you wish, this includes cutting, re-sizing, re-coloring, etc.
A link back to this site is required and very appreciated! Most groups require copyright on the image "©dicvicbarnes.com" is appropriate.
You may use the images in tutorials provided I am given full credit and a link back to this website. Upload the image to your own server and offer it from there ... you will not be able to direct link the image from here.
DO NOT OFFER THEM IN A TUBE COLLECTION.
You may NOT redistribute these images as they are as tubes, brushes, .psd files, or clipart. You may burn a copy of them to a CD for your own personal use, but do not distribute or sell this CD. Under no circumstances may any image or component thereof be resold as part of any clip art collection. Also you can not share the tubes themselves through "tube groups". I prefer people come to my site to download the tubes, where they can clearly see my terms. You can however share tags, web sets, premades, etc. that you create from the tubes in groups. If you wish to send a link to my site through the groups with a tag you created that is great. You are allowed to sell images as tubes as long as they have been significantly altered, meaning you have added other tubes to the image, painted the image so that it is significantly different or adding your own art to it.
The PSP Tubes I offer have been created by me with images I have created using Daz Studio software. By downloading these tubes you hereby agree to my terms. The tubes found in this area are NOT to be used to gain profit. You can use them however to create any non-commercial creation you would like.

This is My Terms of Use for my Tubes Hello, and welcome to my little place on the web.... here you see a link for my tubes and scraps. All tubes are vector drawn or from my own personel photos. You are free to use them for your own personel use. You may not pass them on as your own, please leave file name as it is. The tubes are ©mooneyedmarie, but i do not require that you place that on your graphic, they can be used with other artist work. Some sites require the copyright to be on the graphic and that is fine also. You may color, animate, resize the tubes and scraps, anything within reason. Some of the backgrounds, photos and websets used on my site belong to respective owners and are not to be used without premission. | We created these Posertubes,so that you can use them for your Hobby creations without having to worry about copy rights It has gotten so bad using Tubes from the internet, that one does not know what is and, what is not ok to use! That is the reason we created this site. You may use them for your private use only, if you plan on using them for business purposes, then you have to ask our permission. We also ask that you put our banner on your site and link it back to us, that is all. We hope you have fun with these Posertubes. We are planning to replenish this site with new Posertubes! However do not pass them on in groups or offer them from your homepage. You may pass on the link to this homepage and we would like very much if you take a banner with you, you will find them under info. |

Her TOU is in German, but we've got a small translation of what her terms are... Her Terms Of Use are in German, a small translation from me: You can download her beautiful tubes from her website.
Do not hotlink.
Personal use only, not for commercial use.
If you use them in tutorials, please link back to her website.
If you use her art with other artists no credit is needed.
