Sunday Offer Rules

We have noticed that there may be some that are not fully aware of the rules for our Sunday Offers.  The following rules have always been in effect.  There are no changes being made.  We are only clarifying our present rules.

I usually post my Sunday Only Offer at 3:00 A.M. CST.  That is when all offers that are posted will take effect.  If I turn in earlier than that (rarely), my offer will not become effective until 3:00 AM CST.  Sue usually posts her offer earlier because she turns in before 3:00 A.M. CST.  Sue's offer cannot be done before that time. 
You must wait until 3:00 A.M. CST to do her offer.

All other offers are NOT effective until the offer is posted.  Please do not do it ahead of time.  You must wait to do those offers after they are posted (not before please).  The member tagger may change what they are asking for.  An offer is not an offer until it is posted.

Member Taggers - If the person requesting hasn't done as you asked and you would rather not say anything, please post in manager help for a manager to address this for you.  An offer is closed when the time is up for that offer.  Please do not feel sorry for a member being late and make a tag for them.  I know there are circumstances and things that happen, and we really really want to, but it is NOT fair to those that got in on the offer when it was in effect.
No tags are to be made for anyone over a minute late in getting in on your offer.  On my offer, I always say to let me know you are working on it if there is not enough time left to complete it.
You could also include that in your offer.
