Smiling is Infectious,

You catch it like the flu.

When someone smiled at me today

I started smiling, too.

I passed around the corner,

And someone saw my grin,

When he smiled, I realised

I'd passed it on to him.

ANGELS

Angels are a special kind, with wings of white and hearts divine,

They watch for us from their home above and fill our life's with tender love.

They lead and guide us, protect and watch,

lest we fall and need a touch.

They pick us up, when we feel down and help us through without a sound.

My angel she is lovely still and when I see her,

I get a chill. For she is the most beautiful being I have ever seen and I think it's my mom with angel wings.

Beginning Today

Beginning today I will no longer worry about yesterday.
It is in the past and the past will never change.
Only I can change by choosing to do so.

Beginning today I will no longer worry about tomorrow.
Tomorrow will always be there, waiting for me to make the most of it.
