There Are Angels Among Us~
There are angels among us
Though they may not be seen
But who guard and protect us
As we travel on our way.
Angels come in unexpected shape.
Some are children who rush by in haste
Others are old and slow of pace
But many are just like you and me,
Ordinary folk who can a blessing be.
Many angels we don't know are there
Because we are self absorbed and unaware
Thinking all the good are just our due
With no thought of what others do.
May I never take for granted
Blessings that angels among us give
Making life easier each day I live
But give thanks to God for angels
Like you who are among us.
