Corzak,   long time, no hear!  I like your quote, it makes a lot of sense.  I saw the ani you made on the other thread.  That's excellent, I'll have to check it out.  Unfortunately, I didn't try your steak recipe.  As soon as I saw the hot peppers I knew it wasn't for me.  I never could handle hot food.  I'm sure braver souls than I have tried it, though.  Saw this, thought of you!!!!!!!!!!
