I'm signed up at Multiply -- one of my groups has been experimenting with moving over there and I'm not sure if they will or not -- but I haven't noticed any additional spamming in my mailbox.  I never heard of Grouply, so that's not an issue.  I'm finding that MSN groups are either moving to yuku or aimoo but I'm still holding out for something even better, if it exists.
