However, when you purchase my tubes you agree to abide by my TOU. Illegal sharing, even if you purchase the tubes, is against my TOU. This will not be tolerated under any circumstances. As license holders of mine you all have rights also and I feel a strong obligation to protect your rights as well as mine. So when illegal sharing goes on like this I feel that your rights are being violated too. When a license is revoked that license holder may no longer purchase my tubes, use the tubes they have already purchased legally or make tags with that license number any longer. Please do not email me asking for the revoked license holders personal information. Due to privacy laws I can not give that out. OMG why would people jeopardize their licesnes that they PAID for just to GIVE them away to someone else? Don't make much sense to me... *shakes head* LOL |

I got this letter this am also..... In one group I am in someone posted a KG tag with no info & wow sh** hit the fan. The girl acted like she didn't know you had to have a lic nu.... but insited she payed for the tubes... LOL Well if you payed for them you know all the info that goes on the tags... right, right!! OMG................ |

I got this letter too You now in Europe many peoples work with her tubes without licence  , in all French Msn groups where I'm anybody have a licence all tubes are sharing on Yahoo ! I bought my tubes, and I work with my licence and it make me very bad whe I see all the Tags without licences, I have explain many time they can't do that like this but they follow in this way  I hate to see that and I hate to see the share in yahoo or directly in the msn groups (yes yes !!!!!!) when I bought my tubes and I'm the only girl in these country to do it !!!!! |

It happenes, I am in several groups that share ptu tubes...... But I use only the ones I have bought.... Like there's a ton of new Garvs I'd like..... but they will have to wait till I can afford them.....LOL I need to many things for my home ..... Barb sure has some nice tubes.....  |

Its a shame that people are so devious. Ive left Yahoo groups that continue to share PTU tubes. I emailed the group stating that they were PTU tubes but there were several people that continued to share them. I reported them to MPT and CILM. Its not fair when I would love to have all the tubes also but I get what I can afford. I would be so embarrassed and horrified if my license was revoked. |
