Peggers, sometimes there is no setting that you can get to help with that. I have tired & tired....... anyway here is a tut on the setting try it & see if this helps ya any.....

To get rid of the black outline you can't have a dropshadow. You have to have a white or colored background to have dropshadow, or you will have the black line. Tamara taught me that. I don't know why it works that way but........Hope it helps. Love, Shell 

Shells right, a/s doesnt do shadows. It doesnt cope well with mask backgrounds that are shaded too. Its best..and uses less KB's with a white background.

I cant do transparent pngs either..they get a big blue background, and sometimes photobucket gives them a black background..so every transparent png I have to take and convert to jpeg in my psp..its becoming very time consuming, lol.
