Try this...it's easy
Open the bling and open your tag, and duplicate the tag to match the same amount of frames as your bling.
Next, "select all" on your bling animation. Then "select all" on the tag, and click the propogate paste button...
Then just drag the bling in the FIRST frame of your animation, right into the first frame of your tag, positioning it exactly where you want it on the tag before releasing the mouse. Once you release the mouse, you should see all the frames of the bling in all the frames of your tag
