| There was a knock on the door of her Apartment door and Venus Stood up.. She'd only gotten home minutes before and you can tell. She's still in her bikini top and shorts and her hairs wet and curly from the beach.Her eyes are red and puffy like she's been crying as she opens the door. There's two young girls standing there. One looks about 14...the other..around 16 or 17.. There standing there with what looks to be a social worker. Social.Worker:Are you miss Venus Skye... Venus.Skye:Yes...thank you for bringing them.. Venus shut the door letting the girls in after signing the paper work and the lady left. She hugged them both closely and the youngest started sobbing again. It had been less then a week since the funeral... Less then two since the dreadfull phone call she had gotten telling her there had been a car wreck.. Her sisters had survived..her parents however..weren't so lucky...Her youngest sister, Snow, had a broken wrist...The other, Rainwater, had a concussion, black eye and a gash in her forhead. She crossed her arms being quiet when venus sighed "come on girls..i'll show you you're rooms.."she walked into the first bedroom, painted a light turqoise color, with a queen sized bed with turqoise bedspread and posters of snow's favorite bands and actors up "snow..this is your room..if you want you can repaint it and stuff..I'll take you shopping today to buy whatever you want...come on rain..i'll show you your's..." she took her to a room that was painted bright orange with matching comforter set and posters of her own. It had a record player and looked kind of hippiesh and vintage. The girl quietly walked over sitting on the bed curling up in a ball. A moment later snow walked in quietly Snow.Skye:hey venus..do we have to go by our real names here... Venus smiled softly walking over and sitting on the bed next to Rainwater pulling her into her lap somewhatly and motioning for Snow to sit next to her. She did and laid her head on her shoulder and Venus put her arm around her Venus.Skye:no girls...Rain..if you want to go by alessa here like you did back home you can.. Snow..if you still want to go by elizabeth..you can it's completely your choice..but come on we'll go shopping... |
