Jeff looked down at the floor as he heard his sister slam the bathroom door and sighed. He shook his head and walked out, looking at Shane and he knew he heard every word. "Sorry Shane..." He said softly. "Why? It's not your fault." Shane replied as he sighed. "I just don't know what to tell you. She's so messed up from that attack...she's just not herself."
"Obviously. Just can't believe she wouldn't want our kids. I feel so bad because I don't know how to help her." "Just be there for her I guess. She may not want you here now but subconsciously she'll be glad somebody's here..." He sighed and looked at Shane as he heard the twins crying. "I'll give ya a hand..."
They walked into the nursery and Shane picked Ruby up, hugging her close to him as he rocked her, his thoughts dwelling on Issy. |

a little while later, Issy, clearly higher then a kite and drunk as fuck still bleeding walks in crying"I'm so sorry.."she told them both still crying before collapsing from either blood loss or alcohol poisoning possibly both |

| "Shit. Shane, call an ambulance." Jeff instructed as he set Lucas back in his crib. He dropped to his knees beside his sister and rolled her onto her side in case she was going to vomit. "Damn it Issy- what is going on." He said to himself. A few minutes later an ambulance pulled up to the house and the EMT's got her on a stretcher, taking her to the hospital. Shane and Jeff drove up after they dropped the babies off with Amy and rushed into the waiting room. "Miss...miss." Shane waved down a nurse. "Can you please give me the word on what's going on with Isabella Hardy-Helms?" he pleaded. |

Before they could respond autum shannon and lita came running in behind them "what'd they tell you"autumn asked at the same time that "how is she" came out of lita's mouth and "What do they know"out of shannons..They all stood their waiting on the nurse to talk to them"She started seizing on the way here.. She's suffered some major blood loss and unfourtanetly we dont have enough to replinish her plus she's got severe alcohol poisoning..im afraid we need a donor..."the nurse told them sadly |

the doctor nodded and jeff walked with the nurses to give the blood needed. They hooked the needle into it taking the pint of blood needed and infused it to isabella while pumping the alcohol out of her stomach and system and soon she woke up and started crying again seeing jeff there"why couldn't you just let me die.."she asked softly |

Sighing Isabella wiped her eyes "because..ive got two children who i dont even remember being pregnant with..and a guy who wants to murder me so badly he'll kill everyone i love..it's just better if im not here anymore for everyone not to mention safer" |

| Jeff rolled his eyes as he looked at her. "Issy- so what? We all love you and don't give a shit if your psycho ex tries to kill us. We've already proved he can't. What should matter to you is you have a man out there who loves you unconditionally and the children you two have together. He's been by your side non stop and done everything he could for you and then you say this- Issy- what happened isn't your fault. That fuckhead just doesn't want you to be normal outside him and by doing this, you're letting him. You know you're better than that." |

Still crying Issy just shook her head"maybe i'd be better off going back to him..he'll never stop....you know it as well as i do..and you know i love shane..more then anything..but i can't put them through this it's not his problem..it's no ones..." |

| Shane smiled softly and shook his head, taking her hand. "Babe- I'm not scared of him and he can't get anywhere near our kids. You don't need to take his shit. He's still in jail, remember?" he kissed her knuckles. |
