He puts down his bag in the sand, and gets out the suntan lotion bottle. He opens the bottle, and puts some on. He takes off his shirt, and puts it in the bag as he is wearing his swim trunks. He lays down in the sand on his stomach, and finally turns over on his back letting the sun shine down on him. 
Billy is having a great time, and after a few minutes someone walks over to him as they start talking to him.
