1.  Calendar sechedule...

• Golden Lioness is placing a monthly aganda calendar in the Newsletter
• For more access we decided to creat a www site for Chalendor with all the differnt aspects of it listed in links, with info about the whole mission statement thing and can have a calander of events along with a place to invite new members. Lady Qyzida will be in charge of this.

2.  Esbat Work

• Esbat Rituals will be posted on the ritual working board no later than a week before the event.  It is the responsibility of the officiate to post the announcement.
• A reminder has been placed on the 2nd degree calendar for reference.
• Lady Majyk will place her New Moon rituals on there as well until there are other arrangements for this.

3.  An idea was brought up by Lady Qyzida that a couple of posts be placed on the general board for members to participate in

• one is to have evryone post something about someone else at Light and Shadows that is something they admire or like

• one person is posted about another can't post like it they have to choose someone else...they have to make a list of EVERYONE on a post, and say something positive about EACH one- except themselves. Afterwards they have to print it off anf keep a copy of it

• another one would be to post something abut themselves they want to change and update it monthly explaining how they are doing it. Do in alphabetical order so there will not be though t of a favoriteism being done.

• choose a Covener of the Week..and everyone has to post under the thread what they have learned or gotten from that person.

4. Self Esteem Board has been suggested as well.

• people can offer tips on how to help or see they have the same problem

5.  Suggestion Board - It was decided that this should probably be on the General board for easier access to all members.

• someplace where they can post ideas of what they are expecting to get out of being there and we can get them to help make it come to pass.
• could be titled "If you could change something at L&S... what would it be?

6.  Workshops ~

• Lady Qyzida suggested the need for a "Self-esteem" workshop to be held Saturday January 26th.
• HOW TO GROW YOUR VERY OWN SET OF BRASS BALLS

• "The fate of L&S is at stake, all members need to attend this chat"

• There is a need for the members to start to learn to stand up for themselves and know it is vital to learn this .

• if you want L&S to be a vital and functional COVEN you need strong people willing to stand up for themselves and the principles we stand for.  We don't want to just survive, we want to THRIVE ... like any "church" the people who go to it are looking for answers

•  We are a COVEN and witches are all about making changes...Magickal Changes.  They need to know they are powerful.
