Kahlua Chocolate Truffles
50grams butter
100grams cooking chocolate ( I use choc chips)
1 cup icing sugar
1 tbsp Kahlua
1 teaspoon cocoa
Coconut
Put butter and chocolate into a pot. Heat gently, stirring until butter & chocolate have melted. Add 1/2 cup icing sugar. Stir until mixture is thick enough ti handle. Stir in Kahlua or Rum and cocoa. Add the rest of the icing sugar or more ttill stiff. Make tablespoonfulls into balls and roll in coconut. Chill till firm.
Makes about 15.
