Hi there,

Has Ceoliac Disease been diagnosed?  You dont say whether its yourself that has the problem or anyone else..i ask because my mum has a problem with products with wheat in.  She has actually been diagnosed with Ceoliac Disease, she's had it for about 3-4 years now and does cope well with it, there are quite alot of products on the market wheat-free, i know Tescos, Asda and Sainsburys have their own little sections where they sell wheat-free foods. My mum also gets certain things on perscription from her dr, as alot of the wheat-free products are quite expensive.  Mum belongs to the Ceoliac Society, she says its brilliant  http://www.coeliac.co.uk/ this might be worth a look at, theres lots of yummy recipes to try out etc..

Good Luck, let me know how you get on

Most supermarkets have aisles dedicated to Gluten free products now although it does tend to be expensive.
