Well, its been a day and a half, all day in Court.  Now we await the Judges decision, this could take anything from four to six weeks.

Bill is going up to Auckland early in the morning, and I am following at lunch time.  I will see Jasmine off to school and pack her things as she is staying with Tracy until we get back on Saturday.  The trip is a mixture of business and pleasure.
We are booked to see "The Phantom of the Oprah" which is on in Auckland.  We are going on Friday evening so I am looking forward to that.  We  have seen the show once before in Sydney about fourteen years ago and I really enjoyed it then.

Oh Tigs you got me quite worried I might have missed Red's birthday but still got some time to go yet Red, about another couple of weeks, so your birthday card should arrive in plenty of time Tigs

Have a fantastic time in Malta Tigs, thats a place I have always wanted to visit, and Happy Birthday to Mark on Wednesday

Oh lilbabs so sorry to hear of your father in law's strokes, I do hope you get some good news from the hospital soon and he is recovering from them.   It's a good sign him being irritable about being in hospital.  I know it's called Labour weekend Lilbabs but it's a pity you did actually do labour over the holiday weekend, hope you are having a bit of a break now.

Oh Red I do so agree over Elizabeth on the View, she is so opinionated and she talks over all the others.  Still, I do look at it when I can, and, sometimes they have some good guests.

How could anyone take beer from a grave site, I just cannot imagine anyone would stoop so low.

You are sailing ahead of me with the Christmas gifts, I really must get my A into G and start to get them, also we have a lot of birthdays in November and December too.  I will have to get all disiplined and make lists or I will be hobbling around on Christmas day without being able to play santa

Hello Yvette, hope you are well today.

Will sign off now and go get a hot cup of "chocolate" enjoy your day everyone

Hello girls,

Yes, Tigs, it is very annoying when a grown men  have a childish fits. Even my sons get aggravated with Ken a lot because of his (opinions), they are usually very off the wall and perain to nothing in particular. Does that mean they will not grow into that sort of behavior?, Lord, I hope so. I hope I have at least taught them the proper way to talk/interract with a woman as they have great respet for me, and would never raise their voices like Ken does.

Good luck with the court ruling Ann, although I see no reason why you would need it.  I'm sorry I didn't realise you were going to court or I would have sent you along with the best wishes.  Enjoy the Phantom of the Opera, and your trip. We will once again miss you for a few days.

Off to Malta are we Tigs.  Gee I need anothe trip, lol. The great feeling Joe and I came home with have worn off due to reality, lol.  I still have all my pics to scan through and remember how beautiful the world can be.

Yes, Ann, it is sad that people show disrespect for our loved ones who have passed.  There are a couple  infant  graves near Mike and Annies, and I noticed the lovely bouquet from one of them was also missing, I pray it was the family who has them and not someone stealing them. They must have been stillborn or died shortly after birth because there is only 1 date on them.  So sad.  Personally I would be afraid of their spirits haunting me for doing something like that.

oooh a birthday card, and I am supposed to wait to open.  lol  I will   and thank you in advance, because i know it will be extra special. That reminds me Ann,  I need a snail mail address for you for my christmas cards. I will be on the ball this year! you can e mail it to me, please.

It's a cold one here this morning. Cold winds blew in last night, but the sun has warmed it up to a descent temperature for the afternoon. I had to call the heat/ air people AGAIN. The blower has NOT cut off oonce since I turned the heat on last night before leaving for work. The temp is holding, but I cannot see why this blower runs constantly.  They are probably aggravated hearing from me,  but NOT near as aggravated as I am trying to get it right. Especially after coming the other day and spending 2 minutes to tell me the problem ws my filter , which sounded like a lot of hogwash to me at the time,  but I left it to the PROFESSIONALS.  I have always used those thicker allergen filters. Never had a problem before. GOMERS I say, lol

WEll I am off here for a bite to eat as I have the grumbellies,  have a good day, and safe travels .

Good evening ladies.....

Ooh it's been a cold couple of days....-2c tonight when I was coming home from work. Brr!

Ann my very best wishes for a successful outcome to everything official involving yourselves and Jasmine.
Have a lovely break away and hope you enjoy Phantom as much as you have on previous occasions.
Please can I have your address also Ann so I can add you to my xmas card list.

Thank you both for the birthday wishes for Mark I shall pass them on.

Red I like to think that my sons have inherited/learnt how to be a nicer person from me in preference to Wac's example of 'how not to behave' as I'm sure yours have for how nice they sound with what you have told us about them. I suppose growing up in a household where there is a calm caring mother who only explodes when absolutely necessary compared to a father that tries to shout and demand his way through life, will ensure they know which way they prefer to be treated so treat others with the same respect.
Wac's parents never rowed, just sulked and ignored each other for weeks and even months at a time with his mother moving into the spare bedroom during 'icy' periods and then without any reconciliation things would return to 'normal' and they would communicate again and get on until the next row ensued.
My parents had frequent rows with my mum doing the ranting and raving whilst my Dad took it on the chin saying very little in return, but now he pays the price for not having stood up to her in the past and has her pick at him for every little thing.
So based on our upbringings we both have a different outlook on handling situations, I will avoid conflict whereas Wac will instigate it.
Anyway...the boys are big boys now and thankfully well turned out in spite of everything.

How terrible about the graves being robbed from. No conscience some folk eh?

I'm glad to hear Philip got his meds sorted out. Robert on the whole has little pain except when he is doing his physio.
Hope you get that heater sorted soon, you spent half the summer roasting and now the winter freezing!

pmsl at grumbellies.

It was the clinic with the egyptian Dr tonight..he noticed and commented on my haircut but I remained at a safe distance.

This morning I went to have my bloods taken, back of hand jobby as my elbow veins weren't playing ball. I need these doing for my appointment to see the gynae consultant on the Monday after we return from Malta.

Pleasant day overall at work.

....and now it's time to wind down for bed. Night all.
