This may be a quick "sign in" I did add to yesterdays, something for you Red so won't repeat that.

Can't say it's been a busy day for me to-day, just more of the same.  Took myself downstairs and even walked with a little help with my crutches on the deck.  Bill and Jasmine went to the market this morning and brought back some very nice fruit and vegtables, so thats nice.

The weather has been very warm and hardly any wind so enjoyed that and I notice that I have some strawberries hanging over the tub, will have to get those picked

I am hoping Tigs that I will be able to use Bills new lap top when we go away this year, once Simon has put some of my things on it.  I do miss you all when I am away and all the news.  It's so nice to catch up and have 'E' mails too Of course don't want any interference from M.S.N.

Everyone has their Christmas Tree's up except us, so will have to make an effort, well, me lying on the settee giving directions I expect, then I just know it won't be done right and will have to keep moving things on the tree until I think its O.K.  It probably will be  o.k. anyway, but just can't resist a fiddle

Hello to everyone, hope all your Christmas preparations are going well, Take care of yourselves

Morning ladies
Sorry to hear your knee is still very very painful Ann.
Nice to see you getting out and about though, just keep going but don't overdo it.

Lol at you and your christmas decorations. I quite enjoyed last year when the boys had to get them all out of the loft and then put them all up. They did a very good job but that was mainly down to Mark who has a good eye for detail. Now if it had been left to Robert to do it I probably would have insisted he didn't bother as I wouldn't want to put him to any trouble. I daren't even think what it would look like as he pays no attention to detail and in the past when he has 'helped' he has a tendency to put the same type and colour of bauble together so you have clumps of the same decorations in the same area so I would have to surreptitiously move them apart.

Wac and I intend to spend tomorrow doing things around the house which will involve re arranging the dining room and conservatory as I want to transpose those rooms so we have a larger area to dine in on xmas day and more seating leading off from the lounge. But before that can happen I need to finish wrapping pressies as the dining table is covered in them! I got all the boys ones done that I have here, but there many more in the post on the way to me. Including a selk sack that Robert so desperately wants. In fact he was downstairs watching tv last night and commented about wishing he had one to wear. I told him he'll be able to buy one with his xmas money. He is going to be pleased on xmas morning when he finds I have already bought one. I thought why not, poor lad has been through so much so deserves to get what he wants.

I had a lovely time at the 'do' last night as the meal was very very nice...I had melon and prawns, steak, mushrooms, brussels, carrots, roast and new potatoes, finished off with sherry trifle and a cup of tea. Only complaint I had was we were served the courses too quickly and too close together but that was probably because we should have been seated at 7.30 but some of our party got lost and didn't arrive until 8.15.  Normally I am up dancing straight away but I had to wait a while till my 'lead' stomach had eased off a bit. Then once I was on the floor they couldn't get me off!

Oh I could babble for ages yet but I best not as I have tons to do.
Look forward to reading other people's news later.
Till then tarrrrraaaaaaa.

Hello ladies,
A quick note from me as well as I have now been awake for 22 hours, 20 minutes.  I am ready to fall asleep here, but I am like a baby, fighting it. lol  I have gotten so much done the past 22.20 hours. After we worked we came home to our house guests gone, I was suprised, but her mother had come to get them. He called us as we  drove past them at 4:35 am and told us they left and just saw us driving past.  He called Tims phone about an hour later to tell him they had not made it farther then the beach, as they were going to wtch the sunrise.  Mike said her was freezing, (it was cold) not sure of the temp.  He also said they were going to yrtle beach for the day, so at least they are getting to enjoy the coast a bit before the trip back. No hard feelings, we had to tell them that it was not working out well. We explained the problems, and our family habits as far as sleeping, eating ..etc, and told them they were not fitting into all that well, and with the space being what it was that things were just too tight. So we had to be cordial at least. They are Tim's friends.  I was suprised they acted so quickly, but relieved.

Anyways, after returning home, I showered and Tim and I went off Wal-Marting, lol  We spent 3 hours, and an awful lot of money there.  I got Joe a couple computer games, Ken a couple tool kits, and a new robe, the cutest little keychain for Chrissy. You can load up to 60 digital pics from your computer on. I think she will love it. I got Brianna   a keyboard with over 255 sounds.  Elizabeth got a digital camera, and a kit to make belts, hairbands, etc.  I also got them a classic, Peter Pan.  I got TIm and Joe both a new sheet set, flannel ones. A few other things, but I mostly have Christmas wrapped up te he,  (get it?)  lol

I think the adrenalin of shoppinghas kept me moving, but now that I have sat a spell and done my e mails, and etc.  I am ready for bed at 9:23 am. I really should try to keep going and take a nap about noon, but get up by 3-4.  I am going to try, but for now I am running off . I think I will continue with this and decorate the tree. I got a little 3 ' one for the end table, and it looks pretty nice, It's a pre-lit one.  I had thought I would donate my 2 trees to a family who may not have one, with some of the general ornaments, not my special ones, but Ken said I may have room to put both up if we move by next Christmas. Sounded good to me,  and I was shocked he had come up with that remark, ?? So out of character for him to give a darn.  I do think  if I hear of somene who is in that predicament, I will graciously donate one of them.  Especially if there are children involved, you bet!

Later girls, have a nice day, evening, ...?? whatver it is.
