Well, it is nearly all over now for us this year.  So much to eat, my poor tummy now is full to bursting

We ended the evening singing Abba Songs to the karoke! it was great fun.  Jasmine is so tired she nearly forgot to clean her teeth to-night, but not quite!  She has arms full of presents and so do we.

The day was very warm, so after our big traditional meal we went outside on the deck and sat out under the sun umbrella's.  Then this evening we had supper a la carte, inside or out on the deck.

My knee was not too good so that spoilt things a bit for me, but did not stop me from eating.

I know I do have to keep up the physio Tigs.  I intend to go walking in the pool and do the straightening and bending of the knee.  Although I also know it is better with the physio on hand to push me every few days.  Still I will do my best as I don't want it not to set completly right.

I was waited on hand and foot, This is the first year I have never "len't a hand" or been the one that was putting it all on.  Still there really wasn't much I could do, I did over do it at one point and my foot, ankle and knee just swelled up with water so then it was leg up on the pillow on the settee.  After a while it all went down again but obviously overdoing it does not help.

So many house with so many little lights around now, it really does give the whole place a wonderful atmosphere for the Christmas season.

Well ladies I do hope your Christmas day is going well.  All those vegtables Tiggs and Wac-still I am sure it will all be apreciated.  How anoying that some of your ordered presents did not arrive on time.  That is so disapointing.

I want to go back and look at your posts, but am too scared if I do I will lose this that I have done, even if it is not quite up to scratch.  I have enjoyed reading them, and I am sure I can remember but then again with my memory at the moment

To-morrow we are going down to Tracy's again in the eveing for a barbeque so that will be good.  We will have to tidy up everything here to-morrow as we are hoping to go up to the lake on Saturday all things being equal.

We have to work out which cats we are taking and which are being left at home to be fed by Tracy and a friend when Tracy comes up to the Lake for ten days.  I think they would all like to come but there just isn't much room when we have packed up the car and also I am always scared of losing them up there.

Wishing eveyone a very Happy Christmas day and Boxing Day.  Enjoy your selves and be happy.

Evening ladies
Good to see you have had a lovely day Ann. I'm sure you will keep on with your physio and just keeping moving within your limitations is probably physio enough when you are away. Only you know how far you can push yourself before you have problems. Slowly does it eh Ann.  Hopefully by the time you return from holiday your knee will be feeling less painful and not disturbing your sleep.

Your comment yesterday Ann about popping round for a mince pie made me smile, if only.... both you and Red would be more than welcome to 'pop in anytime' if only you were near enough.

Our day began at 9am when I showered and then woke the boys. Mark took a little longer than the others to get out of bed as he didn't get home until 4.30am!
The boys loved their pressies and I explained to Robert about his missing presents and he was thrilled that he will be getting them eventually...hopefully!

The boys bought me the Mamma Mia dvd, a £20 gift voucher for a local craft shop, a bottle of my favourite perfume and the latest Take That cd called The Circus. I was well chuffed with everything they bought. It is probably my first christmas that they have bought things I really like Bless them. Wac bought me a computer programme that I asked for to use in conjunction with my cricut cutting machine for my card crafts.

Dinner went very well and everyody was happy with having so much extra room whilst seated. My mum and I had a brandy sauce on our christmas pudding that was absolutely gorgeous! Boy could you taste the brandy! Hic!

My neice and nephew kept us busy with their antics today whilst we half watched vidoes of our boys when they were small. Alan always likes to put the tapes on at christmas and have a reminisce. My nephew looks so much like Mark used to when he was two.

Just for a change I am ever so tired and now looking forward to a couple of hours chilling in front of the tv now everybody has gone home.

I hope everyone else's christmas day has been as lovely as mine.
