Good afternoon Ann and thank you for your emails. Hopefully by now you have Red's correct one.
My cold is still very much with me and I spent a large part of last night coughing until I propped myself up in bed and I 'seemed' to sleep but don't think it was quality sleep. I have rung in sick again as I don't think I am really up to working and also don;t think it is fair to be passing it round. I politely declined shaking hands with the solicitor this morning for the same reasons.
We went to the solicitor's this morning and had our concerns answered and have decided to go ahead with the claim. By the beginning of next week the chap who hit Robert and his insurance company will have a letter stating that Robert wants to make a claim for compensation.
I was going to get Wac to bring the tree etc down from up the loft but I'm not sure I can be mithered today but if I don't then it will be next Tuesday before he is about again to do it. He is outside at the moment freezing to death whilst washing the motorhome which got very dirty whilst we were away last weekend. I was going to do the interior which only really needs a quick hoover and wipe down but as I am feeling so poorly and we won't be using it till after xmas I will leave it and do it before we next take it out so it is pristine for our next trip.
