Morning Ladies Your boys obviously have some of your genes Tigs, and with all that brain food you keep them stoked up with no wonder they were smart over the radiator, good for them. I did not go to the hospital to-day, I go on Thursday lunch time, our time. However I did go to the torture chamber this morning, sure makes your eyes water (yes I' m a baby) but I have to say the physio is doing me good (I am saying this under my breath as I don't want Lance, the physiotherapist, to hear me he might increace the session)! Kidney stones come in all sorts I beleive, the ones I have had many years ago were formed by a build up of uric acid. You can get them from an excess intake of vitame C and D too I think. I only go one once before that was because I went on this grapefruit diet, can't remember how crazy it was at the moment, think I might have had to start the day with grapefruit and have half a one with each meal. Well the stone was caused by too much grapefruit. and too much fruit I thought I was being heathy too Oh Tigs I just hate it when You lose all your hard work, and it just vanishes in a puff of smoke. Every time I post I hold my breath and say a little prayer that the computer is going to behave itself. Loved the shoe throwing at president Bush too Red, such a pity the man was such a poor shot! You would think that at least one of the shoes whould have got its target, I mean the man is so slow it was a wonder he could move out the way so quickly! Jasmine has had a good day, she went out with Kim and they took in the library again, they seem to have a lot of things there of interest. Whilst going round the mega center she saw a big purple ball, yes you've got it she has one now!!. We are trying to get lots of little presents to wrap so she has a lot to open on Christmas day.
