I cooked the chicken in the slow cooker in a jar of casserole sauce. Served it with mash and carrots. I also made sausage mash and carrots for them all for tea tomorrow as I start work at 1030am and finish around 10pm. 
Wac and I came home after an hour as he was feeling really poorly and went straight to bed. I haven't been up to check on him for about 5 hours...aren't I awful.
Mind you if it was me that was poorly he works on the premise that if I want something I will shout him, so I'll use that excuse. 
I got a lovely ankle length denim skirt and an ankle length navy peach feel skirt from Marks and Spencers in the sale. Hopefully both are for work but I'm not sure if I'm allowed to wear denim at work, I'll have to ask and see.
It's approaching 1130 here so I better think about getting off to bed soon.
I always have my bathroom windows open through the day and on the catch at night regardless of the time of year. I also like to open the bedroom windows for a while each morning when I am here. Nice to get some fresh air into the house especially during the winter. It's still very cold here with minus temps forecast for the next few days.
Lol at you and the texts...practice makes perfect.
