Hi Red
It's also bin man day for us as well but it was the recycle bin not the 'smelly' rubbish. We have alternate collections for the two things. So annoying isn't it when the bin isnt put out in time.

I honestly don't think you'd be happy with an exercise bike because all you do is sit there pedalling away with a numb bum and an aching back. Well I have when I've used one.

I don't think I would have bought that treadmill either. They are so not an outside piece of equipment. Good luck as you continue to search.

I visited my aunts today - the one who broke her wrist and her sister - She had her op yesterday and had to stay in hospital overnight but when I rang at lunchtime they had just arrived home after she had been discharged. She seems ok.

I went on some solo protect training as we have been issued with an id holder that is electronically connected to a call centre so we can call for help in a bad situation or just have someone monitor it via the on board microphone and call for help if they feel it is going too far.

This afternoon I have been in clinic at the new hub and it was quite nice to work on the reception there. I probably won't be in there often as most of my clinics are the satellite ones in different venues.

My brain has shut down now as I stayed up till 2am last night and couldn't fall asleep until 4am but was awake at my usual 8am. I really should go to bed but it's cosy and warm wearing my pj's and a fleece dressing gown sat near to the fire.

See you tomorrow....
