Morning Ladies No, we are not home yet Red, we go home on Monday. We went to Rotorua for the day yesterday and had a lovely lunch outside under the trees. We also went round the town and I bought a very pretty skirt, it was much too small for me but as it was floor length when you took the top off and maid it jut under the knee it was good so the lady altered it whilst we were away having lunch. She did a brilliant job of it so I was thrilled with that. Of course that does not mean that I do not have to diet when I get home Somone told me that taking those Tramedo tablets like I do for the pain in my knee don't help, but add weight as a side effect? have to ask Tigs about that, but even if they do I still have to take them I guess for the time being. I would love to join you on face book Sweet, please could you send me a request to be your friend my 'e' mail is [email protected] I won't be able to do it on Bill's lap top as all that I have of mine on it is "ladies take a break" and my 'E' mails. I don't have any other of my favorites on it at all. I have to wait until I get home before I can post on face book again Your Chili sounds very nice Sweet too, That is so kind of you to cook for the family who are on a 24hr vigil at the hospital. How awful for the family, such a stressful time for everyone and so sad. I think that was very nice to go out to lunch with two young me Red and I can understand your friends hearing of the accident wanting to make sure you are safe. If I had heard of the accident and I thought you might have been in that vicinity I would have phoned from New Zealand. Can't have anything happen to Our Red It is eleven thirty in the morning here, and we are going off to the "village" to have lunch "A ham salade sandwich please Annette" is Jasmine's request, not sure what I want at the moment We have got through two "ham on the bones" since just after Christmas so I think I am all "hammed" out. After that we will do some shopping and then go to the hot pooles to exercise this "flaming" knee it is so stiff and still painful, and Oh here I go on again about my knee It is a really hot day here again to-day, I know I should not say it but it really is too hot as I am running water down the back of my neck (oh too much information) and I know I will be wishing the good weather back when I am shivering in the winter but there is no wind and it is sweltering Bill has just hung out a line of washing, and before we could go to Rotorua yesterday he was having to iron my skirt and top. What a change, it sounds good, but why do I feel so guilty? He does not mind at all being the "nurse in charge" maybe I should just relax and get used to the idea Jasmine has done brilliantly with a big 1,000 piece puzzle. It is one Bill and her did last year of lots of different car's, and this year she she got the box out again and has worked solidly on it, it is on a big peice of cardboard and she moves it on and off the table and sometimes just sits with it on her lap on the setee. I cannot believe how much she has done. I am absolutely hopeless at puzzles, always have been. Well everyone is ready for the off-so better not keep them waiting. Hello to Yvette and Tigs, and to everyone have a good day ladies |
