Should non violent crimes such as prostitution be focused on or would it be better to free up the law enforcement to focus more on crimes that are violent?
I think all crimes should be punishable but the punishment should fit the crime . The simple fact is we need better law enforcement ,More police out on the beat and courts doing a proper job when jailing someone and for the time spent in jail to be the given time not let out on parole after a few months !
