oh and for whatever it's worth, Tigs. Please check out some good quality Probiotics. Having been on antibiotics, which incidentally are vicious and a necessary evil, you need to combat it with the above. But check it out yourself. And apologies, I am really only trying to help. Dont want to interfere but to contribute to your well being.  Stay in bed and rest or at least in your blue room with a good book. |
