Will i have a reason to be scared of thunder and lightning........when i was aged 14 we had a bad storm in the evening i was out seeing a cousin off i had to watch her go down our road.Will when i turned around and was heading down our steps in the garden my mum yelled lay down quick so i did and a big thunder bolt shot straight over my head and into the trees at the bottom of the yard.Another time when i was 17 i was holding my sister kirsty she was 1 years old i was looking at a mirror showing my sister herself in the mirror and a strike of lightning went through our window and it knocked the mirror over thank god for the mirror .I have had many other terrifying occasions with lightning too so it doesnt mix with me one of these days i just know it is going to get me because thats what it wants to do.I have to hide under my quilt when it starts and my fiance sits with me till it dies down but he has to sit back away from the window lol it could hit him not me.
Hi Tiger you must be a magnet for lightening !!!! Ihave a briotherwho is like that he alwasy get involved in these scary bits of storms and has had many narrow escapes, in fat his best friend got struck by lightening while they were both out one day. Quite sad.
I am scared to be out in a thunder storm but if i am tucked up at home with the windows and draperies closed I am Ok with them !!!
