Do you eat healthily following guidelines on what you should and shouldn't be eating ? |

I try to eat the recommended 5 a day and make sure the rest of my meals are healthy during the day. But when it comes to snacks especially of an evening that's where I overindulge on the naughty things in life. Just in case Sweet requires clarification I mean crisps, salted nuts and choccies. |

I am in agreement with the three of you as I, too, do try to eat healthily but I do indulge in sinful, decadent pleasures |

I am the same also, eat 3 healthily meals a day, but when i'm sat here of an evening thats when i start nibbling on crisps and usually a bottle of wine |

I hardly ever eat lately lol due to being pregnant but when i do eat i have healthy foods light meals in prepartion but just now and again i will make myself eat a naughty bar of chocolate lol. |

I never eat anything that I have not baked or cooked myself, I never eat crisps , fish and chips, takeaways or any sort of junk food, no biscuits from a packet cos i make my own if I want them. We eat more than 5 veg a day but we are not a big fruit eaters and never have been. (prob eat about 3-4 fruits per week) I love my vino which is not unhealthy if taken in moderation !! I have stuck to this way of life almost all my life and and am and always have been a size 10. |

I do sometimes but mainly eat things thats not that good for me, i would like to change those habbits though! |

YUp mainly fresh fruit n vege's chicken fish and meat,and the occasional greasies lol. |
