As you know this year's
RDSU BBQ date was set a year ago.
This is now the official BBQ Thread!
All that you need to know is listed below
so please abide by the rules.
So far we've had four very successful
Annual BBQ's and I would love to see this one...
our Fifth go off just as well as the four previous!
I do hope to see all of you there....
for Address please email me at the addresses provided
and I will send you the information you need
via email. This Event will be held at our home...
so please respect the fact that I am not willing
to just post address and phone number
on a message board.
I look forward to seeing you all
at this year's party!
Members that have attended previous ones
can tell you how much fun they are!
We usually have an out of town member or two
that come out to have fun with us.
There are also pics of previous BBQ's
that you can take a look at and see
for yourselves!!!!!!!
So if you haven't made any of the one's in the past
Come out to this one. We always have a ton of fun!
Here's what You're gonna need to know:
Last year our theme was Redneck...
THIS year our theme is Mardi Gras!
So put on your outfits, come with beads
and masks if you'd like. Put on a costume
too if you wish! Just remember it is
summer time so it will be hot, wear something
you will be comfy in!
Bring your grub and your booze!
 Bring your own meat please (if I could I would supply it all but on my income that is not possible! sorry!) Bring your own Alcohol~if you come without your own supply of alcohol, you are NOT to mooch off of anyone else...you will have a dry night or you can see if someone can take you to the beer and wine to get your own...again though, don't expect to be drinking anyone else's alcohol unless they are gracious enough to offer you a drink. If you plan on drinking don't think I'm letting you drive but I have enough room in the house for campers...and if you're wanting to pitch a tent outside you're more than welcome to too! Along with your meat and alcohol we ask that you bring one other dish...Again though, please...no pork products... I do have chairs a few chairs available, about 8 in total, but if you could bring your lawn chairs that would be geat,
of even a blankie to on the grass with.If you want to bring CD's that would be great...just remember to put your name on them so we know who they go back to at the end of the night! Kids are welcome...chances are mine will be here for this, so if you're planning on bringing the kids remember to pack their sunscreen! As for the adults...if my hand gets on the water hose...I will not be held responsible for what happens...LOL so I advice ya to bring a towel and a change of clothes as well! Bring your camera if ya got it!!! LOL Bring your pop if you're mixing it in with whatever it is you're drinking that day! if you have any questions please email me at I only have one request and this is due the fact that my family respect the Islamic culture and we kindly ask you that you do not bring any pork products to the house...it is very much against the religion...so if you could...please please PLEASSSSEEEEEE respect that for my family? I would forever appriciate that! So there you have it. All that you will need to know!

You have known about this now for a whole year...
and officially now for 3 months.
You can't tell me I haven't given you enough notice...
so don't give me excuses...lol.
If you are dying, or having a baby that's due around then
I'll forgive ya...but otherwise I best be seeing a lot of you! Thank you for you time and I hope to see ya'll at this years BBQ!!!!!!

Menu Thread: As you know along with your own meat
that you will throw on the "Barbi" and your own alcohol
we request that you bring a dish or snacks to share
with the other guests. It can be anything you want
so long as there's no pork product please.
This way if we have a list going then we don't end up
doubling or tripling up on the same dishes.
so please leave a message letting us know what you will be bringing! |

attending this years Summer "Redneck" BBQ Bash! We really hope to see you this year.
We've had very successful bbq's in the past
that were a lot of fun! Try not to miss this one! It's a great way to put a name to the face too... So C'mon out and have some fun! |
