• You should have some experience in helping with msn groups.
• Be an active participant of this group. You will need to make sure games are kept up to date, posts are moving smoothly as well as keep an eye out for any spam or flaming of members.
• I would like it if you have been an active member here for more than a month please. By active I do mean that you come in more than once a week and post to more than just one or two threads.

What you will not need to worry about:

• First off, you don't have to be a wych to be an assistant. Anyone can apply for this position.
• You will not need to worry about accepting new applications, Lord Raven and I handle that and put up the welcome thread for them. All you will have to do is make sure to introduce yourself and welcome them in as well.
• You don't need to worry about creating pages or backgrounds, although if you have the experience then by all means use it in your posts! I love to see people's creative side...lol.

Once I have made the final decision as to who we will be "hiring" an up-to-date picture will be required so I can do up a "Management Team" page. I like to use your picture that way everyone is aware of who you are. I hope to see a few people apply for the positions. Remember though that you do need to be active and you are willing to commit to the job. If right now is not a good time for you because of life situations or whatever have you, please do not apply right now. The opportunity will still be available some time in the future if another assistant decides to step down or if we get more volume and need another assistant or two.
