You choose the genre you want from the two song titles and artists I will give you. You pick the one you want first, then I will give you part of the lyrics to the song you have chosen. I will let you know how many missing words you will need to give me from that song. If you are correct, you move on in the game, however if you are incorrect the game ends and it's someone else's turn.
We will keep track on how you're doing. I will change the color as you progress forward. Your milestone mark is 25,000 points.
if you guess the 25,000 points lyric correctly you are guaranted that amount, if it's incorrect then the game is over and you leave with nothing.
You can stop at any time if you're stuck and you will leave with the amount you are on, guess any of the lyrics incorrectly after the 25,000 points mark and you will only leave with the guaranted amount which is 25,000 points.
Guess the ninth lyric correctly and you move on to the million point lyric.
The Million Point lyric:
the player that makes it to this level must decide whether or not to either attempt the song, or play it safe and take the 500,000 points. There is no other information on the song's title, artist or genre, but only to know that the song is a #1 hit from one of the nine categories featured in their game. All remaining backups are out of play at this point, and the other info is only revealed if the player decides to go for it. After the contestant sings the words, they can change it if they want but they have to lock in something. If the lyrics to the Million Point Song are incorrect, the player leaves with 100,000 points. If correct, the player wins 1,000,000 points.
Backups:
Back up singers: two members from this group, you should have already asked your two friends if they would be willing to help you when the time comes.
2 words: Allows you to choose any two of the missing words after they have been answered but BEFORE the lyrics are locked in.
3 lines: Gives you three possible answers, of which one is correct.
You can only play your backups until you reach the 500,000 points mark.
What you get for each point mark:
Seeing as I'm not rich, the points system will equal tags...but remember if you don't make it to 25,000 points then you will not receive any tags and even if you don't do so well after that, you will still walk away with 5 tags...that you are guaranted.
1,000,000 = 12 tags
500,000 = 10 tags
350,000 = 9 tags
200,000 = 8 tags
100,000 = 7 tags
50,000 = 6 tags
25,000 = 5 tags
10,000 = 4 tags
5,000 = 3 tags
2,500 = 2 tags
The Rules:
Please play fair...no using a search engine of any kind or throwing in the CD
if you have it. That also means no downloading the song either! I am putting
my trust and faith in you with this game...it wouldn't be fair to cheat.
You will have only one day in which to post your answer. If by the second day your answer is not up, then your name will be moved to the bottom of the list and you will not be able to play until the other players have had their turns. So please make sure you can commit to this game before you add your name to the list.

Please make sure you have your two backup singers already, I will give you some time after you've signed up to get that in order. If you want to invite your friends to join the group that's alright with me. Please let them know though that we are an active group and I would appriciate it if they would participate else where and not just here in this game...also they will need to let me know that they are your friend and you've invited them in when they apply.
Also, remember this is the first run of this game so there may be glitches.
I will be making notes and seeing how things go, the next rounds may
end up being modified a lil until we get it to where it works smoothly.
