Using the lovely Winter Moon as my example again.  She is perfect for an
example for a wink because she has four frames.  You don't have to have
four you can always experiment with frame speed and see how it looks, but
I always find four is great for a wink

If you have already done the hair/movement tutorial use that animation or
any other pic that you like.

1. Select the first frame of the animation ( or any one you like really
we'll only work on one).  Export to PSP (Shift X)

2. using the freehand selection tool....

3. Select ouround the eye

4. Using the eyedropper, select a colour from around the eyelid and fill
   in the selection,

5. Use black to put an 'eyelash line on the bottom of the lid.

6. Use white to put a hightlight flash on the lid.

7. Next select Effects/Blur/ Gaussain Blur-  setting radius 1.45

8. Click selections-select none

9. Use the retouch to soften the edges of the eye. See settings on  screenshot.

10. Click to close frame in PSP, you will be prompted to save the frame
    in AS, click yes.

11. Remember to check your frame properties are around 30fps, the less frames  you have for a blink the slower your frame rate will need to  be.
