How to you think the law should penalize people who have been convicted of a DUI charge or a  DUI charge who someone is killed becauce of it?

Life for killing someone and long sentence for others.

drinking and driving is very bad.  i would have to say if someone was killed because of it the sentence should be stiff.  but its a money thing.    the law wants them on the road because the money is good.
