February 14 is St. Valentine's Day. Every year on this day love and friendship is celebrated across the world.

According to one legend, a priest by the name of Valentine was put into prison for marrying young couples after it was outlawed by Emperor Claudius II in 270 AD. While imprisoned he sent a letter to a friend signed 'From Your Valentine', which is still in use today.
