My daughter after visitation with her father on a sunday made the decision after fifteen years with no explanation to go live with her father.  I am Bipolar/Severe depressed and thought I was handling the situation well but thursday came around and I decided to call her and see if I could change her mind, but to no avail, she said she had made up her mind and was going to stay there for the next two years.  Being a stay at home mother all her life I was heartbroken.  I did the one thing I knew to do to stop the pain I attempted suicide of course it landed me in ICU, but I was fine except for a heart that needed a huge band-aid.  I was sent to a hospital to get my life back together, but that doesn't include bringing back the missing parts.  If you can find it in your hearts please say a special prayer for me and maybe my daughter that God might bring her back to me.  Thank you very much!!! |

Oh My!     I know what a crushing blow this must be and for that I am truly sorry. Just because she chose to do this move does not mean that she will not change her mind during that 2 year period. Nothing is etched in stone. I wish for you strength to stick around because you never know what is just around the corner. When I became a disabled veteran in 1974, my world sure seemed to have ended. I had nothing to live for. It took time to accept things and come to terms with the changes in my life, but I made it thru, and I want you too make it thru too. See if you can find a support group in your community or in a msn group who can help you to understand and fill the void in your heart.      One day at a time is all we can strive for.     Best wishes,     Raymond.      |
