go to image and turn the number dimension down by ten. If you adjust the length or width, it automaticly adjusts the other dimension to an equivilent to what you decressed. I notice many pics will decrease to have size and not much else. If you want to keep the full-size pics just click on the pics and "save as" so you can name the s pic with a different name and the original full-sized version.
