1)On a post, high light the text or picture you wish to copy.   left click on copy text(2 paper icon  on the left above) click on the reply click on the spce where you want it to copy, then left click on the clip board (above left next to 2 papers).

 

2)Another way to copy and paste is to high light item.... go up to edit and click on copy, go to where you want it to copy and click then click on edit and paste.

 

3)THere is also a way to do it with you keys. This was how I finially got it the first time. LOL  High light item then hit ctrl and c at the same time. go to and click where you want it the hit ctrl and v at the same time.
