From off the bow of the Princess Cruise ship, we could see a pod of whales.
Along side, two dolphins delighted other passenger's. We were off shore of
The south Pacific Fiji Islands, a lush tropical paradise. We both boarded the
catamaran skimming towards the tiny island of Koro.

Turquoise blue waves caressed our hull as we drew near. We were in awe, a
garden of eden, a pristine beach of white sands. As we floated through a coral
lagoon, we looked down and saw an abundance of tiny sun fish, a sting ray, a
giant see turtle, and a small sand shark.

Our eyes drank in the lush forest of green tlora and fauna. Our guide promised
us a thatched bungalow by a waterfall. The warm trade winds made the palm
trees wave as if to welcome us. When we reached shore, I lifted you out of the
boat and held you close, and we kissed.

When your feet touchest the purest of white sands, you sighed.Your arms pulled
me closer and we shared the longest, softest kiss. Our guide unloaded our supplies,
and pointed towards the path leading to our bungalow, smiled and left. We stood
there with tear filled eyes smiling, with our bags in our hands. As we followed the
trail, we could smell the heavenly fragrance of wild orchids.

Near-by we could see parrots of all the colors of the rainbow greeted us noisily.
When we came to a small clearing we saw our home away from home. Near the
steps to the bungalow were two lawn chairs, two glasses with ice. There was a
stack of towels, snorkle fins sun tan lotion and a CD Player with a stack of the most
romantic music one could ask to enjoy with a mate.

On the steps of the bungalow, we saw a bottle of chilled red wine, along with a picnic
basket of lunch, and a card. "Welcome to paradise! For the next 3 days the two of you
will be undisturbed. Swim, walk, share some wine, whisper of the love you share, make
love. Your guide will return and take you back to the main island, enjoy your moment in
Paradise!"

We took our drinks inside and sat down our luggage as we smiled at each other. I could
swear you never looked more beautiful, even with tear filled eyes. We slipped off our
sandals and we lay down on the queen size bed. In a moment, our clothes fell to the floor
one by one and we made love. My fingers gently ran through your hair as I saw diamonds
sparkle in your eyes.

For us, time stood still for two lovers became lost in what was truly paradise. It was hours
before we left our bed, showered and headed for the beach. We enjoyed a banquet of
delicious fruits and island delicacies bite by bite, Before we lay down on our blanket and
cuddled.
