ASSIGNMENT:
You are to aquire a rainbow of candles for your witch's cabinet. These can be tealights, votives, pillers, or any combination, but I would like to see at least four of each color. I also suggest you look for packages of assorted "birthday candles of all colors as these are perfect for emergancy spells. (Please send a picture). If you do not have at least six candle holders, I want you to aquire these as well. These will be working candles for ritual and magickal purposes and not for just for decoration around your home. You Should prepare a Candle storage box to store them. I suggest when you are ready to put them away thatyou wrap them in tissue if they are pillers and seperate the colors with paper towels or some other type of seperation.
The second part of this assignment is that you must MAKE a candle...I would love you to do this from scratch , but if it is just too impossible for you to do...buy a candle...melt it down and reshape it so that you are still embuing the wax with your energy. (you can use the wicking from the melted candle to use in your newly made one).
I will let you decide what this personal candle will be used for and what color you make it.
After it is finished, cleanse it, dress it and annoint it and completely ready it for magickal working.
Write an essay telling just how you made this candle and the steps you took to get it ready to use magickly. Good luck with this project and , of course...I want to see this witchy creation, too, so you will submit a picture of this as well.
