During this holiday season we all get stressed from one thing or another and sometimes we carry are stress from one day to another; we go for months ignoring what we are feeling. So<o:p></o:p>

So tonight we will be doing some Chakra work to unplug us so that we can run properly through the holidays and beyond.<o:p></o:p>

You are then filled with indigo light. You now feel the wise person that you are come back to you. You find your flexibility and humor. <o:p></o:p>
