I hope you will understand that we will need to have the ritual times to be either at 6pm (Pacific time) or 7 pm (pacific time) for all rituals. ~That is three hours later for the eastern time zone~
I am sorry for any inconvience this causes for you but it needs to be in the evenings . The reason being is that most all of our coven members work and are not able to attend earlier. So that we may be able to serve the coven to the best of our ability, this will need to be planned this way. I know that it is late for the East coast, but it has been tried at different times and these times (6pm or 7pm) seems to be when most everyone can make it.
So when planning and making posts remember to check your post before hitting the "send " button to make sure it says the correct time. (The templets I posted here are for your convienence but you must make sure all the information is right for your rituals...this is your responsibility so I know that you will keep a good eye out..and if, by chance , you do make a mistake...let me know and we can start over...let me know anytime you need help..you know I am only an e-mail or I.M. away.
This is very important to the smoothe running of the coven and allow us to be the most successful for a Magickal Circle and wonderful turnout.
Also, may I ask that you try to always have your ritualwork finished and posted here on our Ritual Working Board at least one week before the ritual is to be held and that the post on the Main L&S General board be up at least three days prior to the planned event.
Thanks for making this happen. I know that you, as Priestesses of Light & Shadows, will show all that this is an organized and smoothe running home for them to be able to experience the richest circles they could ever attend.
