Well when building a house, you know you are going to need some basic stuff, wood, nails, tools, and such.
so we have the Rede, and the Law of three, and basic "rules" of ethics.
Then we need to outline a creed of sorts, something short sweet and memorizable, almost like a spell
- which pantheons of Dieties we ascribe to
- which tradition we follow or, are trying to create... the Path we are walking
- the core purpose and goal of our faith.... where that Path may lead
then outline a glimps of what can be expected to be experienced here
- what are the values we promote as far as ritual conduct, board ettiquette, dedication to the coven, dedication to achieving goals
- what coven duties are expected of each degree level of trainee
- what etiquette is expected of uninitiated members
This is something that should be presented in a positive light , not a truckload of "THOU SHALL NOT" crap, but with mo mistake about what will and will not be tolerated., such as flaming. evengelizing, etc. ad nauseum
