Cecelia's Quick Roast
2-3 lb chuck roast or English cut boneless roast
Half an envelope of onion soup spread over both top and
bottom
1/4 to 1/2 cup water in bottom of crockpot
Add roast to crockpot and cook on low for 8-10 hours.
Add can of mushrooms in the last hour of cooking.
Why not have a big salad with a tasty dressing alongside
the roast?
Oh, one more thing. In case you missed it in Tuesday's
newsletter, a disturbing news report recently hit the
CNN website, and I think you should read it:
"Lawsuit Says Eatery to Blame for 9-foot Tapeworm"
We checked and the Centers For Disease Control & Prevention
recommend cooking salmon at a temperature of 130 to 133
degrees Fahrenheit for 5 minutes to eliminate the risk of
parasitic (worm) infection.
In addition to being careful about thoroughly cooking
fish and meats, we also recommend using the Ultimate
Colon Cleanse program every 6 months to ensure you have a
digestive system that's free of toxic buildup AND harmful
parasites.
This is especially important if you eat a lot of fish,
beef, and/or poultry.
The Ultimate Colon Cleanse includes a powerful, natural
anti-parasite component that safely kills fish tapeworms
and their eggs.
