)o( Mabon Wine Moon Cider )o(
- 4 cups apple cider
- 4 cups grape juice
- 2 cinnamon sticks, 4 inches long
- 1 tsp. allspice
- 1/2 tsp. whole cloves
- additional cinnamon sticks for cups, 6 inches long
In a 4 quart sauce pan, heat cider and grape juice. Add cinnamon, allspice, and cloves. Bring it to a light boil, then lower heat, and simmer for 5 minutes. serve with a ladle from a cauldron. makes 8 cups.
