Overnight Cinnamon Coffee Cake
Ingredients:
1 pkg frozen dinner rolls
1 pkg instant butterscotch pudding (small package)
1 cup brown sugar, packed
2 T. cinnamon
1/2 cup margarine, melted
1/2 cup nut pieces, your choice (We like walnuts or pecans)
Directions:
In a greased pan place haf of hte frozen dough balls, powdered pudding mix, brown sugar, cinnamon, margarine & nuts. Repeat with the remaining ingredients. (layer this)
Cover the pan loosely with foil, cover with a cotton towel and leave on your counter overnight. (The dough will defrost and rise overnight.)
In the morning, bake this in a 350 degree oven for about 30 mintues or until golden brown.
