Breakfast Raisin-Banana Tortilla Roll-Up Ingredients
4 (8") flour tortillas 1 cup peanut butter 2 medium bananas, sliced 6 tbsp. raisins or sultanas Directions For each sandwich, spread 1 side of 1 tortilla with 1/4 cup peanut butter. Cover with 1/2 of 1 sliced banana and sprinkle with 1-1/2 tbsp. raisins. Roll tortilla up tightly; cut in half to serve. Repeat to make 3 more sandwiches. Sandwiches can be made up to 12 hours in advance, wrapped tightly in plastic wrap and refrigerated. Makes 4 servings. Notes: For a change, substitute 8 oz. softened cream cheese combined with 2 tsp. honey and 1 tsp. grated orange zest for peanut butter.
