Toaster Pastries
Roll out 2 pie crusts. Cut into squares the size you want your pastries to be. Spread half of the squares with jelly, jam, or preserves. Top with the other half of the pastries. Using a fork, press the edges of the pastries together. Prick holes in the top pastry crust. If desired, sprinkle with cinnamon sugar. Bake 15 minutes at 400º.
Makes about 3 pastries if you make them store bought size. You can serve them right from the oven or toast them later.
