Breakfast Apple Crisp
Ingredients:
- 4 cups sliced tart apples (about 4 cups)
- 2/3 to 3/4 cups packed brown sugar
- 1/2 cup all purpose flour
- 1/2 cup non instant oatmeal
- 3/4 tsp. each ground cinnamon, and nutmeg
- 1/3 cup softened butter
Heat oven to 375 degrees. Arrange Apples in greased 8
inch square pan. Mix remaining ingredients; sprinkle
over apples. Bake until topping is lightly browned and
apples are tender, about 30 min. Serve warm with cream
if desired.
