Cinnamon Toffee Pecan Cookies
This is a really easy recipe but another favorite
1 (18 oz) Pillsbury refrigerated sugar cookie roll
2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
2 tsp. vanilla
3/4 c. chopped pecans
1/2 c. toffee bits
Heat oven to 350. Spray cookie sheets with nonstick cooking spray.
In a large bowl, break up cookie dough. Add cinnamon, nutmeg, and
vanilla, and mix well. Add pecans and toffee bits; mix well. Drop
dough by heaping teaspoonfuls 3 inches apart onto sprayed cookie
sheets.
Bake at 350 for 11 to 14 minutes or until edges are golden brown.
Cool 3 minutes; remove from cookie sheets.
Makes 2 dozen cookies
